Director
Ms. Barb holds her national Child Development Associate (CDA) certification in childcare. She has been in preschools at the faculty, Assistant Director and Director level since 2009. She has been at Oxford Academy since 2019 working in many classrooms, and she has been instrumental in developing curriculum and classroom design. She has been an Olathe resident since 1988, raising 5 children in the community. She is always willing to help guide young children and help our families any way she can.

Ms. Sonal was born in Africa and has spent many years living across the US. Since settling in Overland Park in 2012, she has loved raising her two boys in this wonderful community while supporting her husband's successful dental practice in Leawood. Passionate about providing a high-quality academic preschool experience, Ms. Sonal has dedicated herself to creating a nurturing environment for young families. She works tirelessly to ensure Oxford Academy Preschools stand out for their exceptional education and safety. You can often find her on-site, eager to connect with parents.
